Roger Masters’ rebuttal to HFSA Review from Dr. Christopher Mackie

Earlier this year, safe water advocate and retired nurse Kallie Miller requested that Dr. Eileen de Villa, Medical Officer of Health for the Region of Peel, send her the various properly controlled human toxicology studies required to demonstrate that HFSA is safe for human consumption at the concentrations used in artificial water fluoridation.  To date, Dr. de Villa has failed to supply any such studies.

On May 19, 2016, Dr. Christopher Mackie, Medical Officer of Health for London, Ontario, sent to Ms. Miller an email implying, without actually stating, that fluoridation is safe for all members of our community.  Rather than addressing the long-term impact of ingesting low levels of known toxins daily, year after year, he commented on the (alleged) dose that would be required to kill someone in one sitting. He also failed to supply the requested studies, and instead cited a “comprehensive review” that did not reference even one proper toxicology study on industrial grade HFSA in tap water.

Isn’t it funny how the average lifespan is increasing every year despite the fluoride ‘poison’ in much of our water, some of which is naturally occurring.

Despite fluoridation, not thanks to fluoridation, as you correctly point out, A. Dean – just as life spans increase despite air pollution and other threats to our health.
