I have received weather manipulation FOI response documents from Environment Canada, relating to the Weather Modification Information Act (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/W-5/page-1.html).
Note that previously, someone else had filed another FOI on this topic and the response to it was received earlier. That package was smaller than the one I have received due to differences in the wording of our FOIs. Amanda Vollmer wrote an article about it:

The URLs for the package that I received are below. (I had to split the file into many parts in order to upload it , since the file was so big, ~1500 pages.)
I filed my FOI at the suggestion of Amandha and one other person who contacted me around the same time… not sure if they would want to be named or not. I personally haven’t been looking into chemtrails much, but am concerned about this too.
