ATTEND COMMITTEE AND COUNCIL MEETINGS

Follow the Fluoridation Issue in Person

For 2 years now, taxpayers have been funding a “Community Water Fluoridation Committee” (CWFC) populated by Regional Councillors.  The CWFC was set up to review the issue of illegally mass medicating residents with toxic waste via tap water without their informed consent… as if this is a remotely reasonable thing to even contemplate.

The CWFC usually meets monthly, on a Thursday, for 1 hour.  They typically, but not always, meet from 8:30am – 9:30am, right before the monthly Council meeting.

Meeting attendance is usually sparse, and this gives the impression that the fluoridation issue is of little importance to residents.   Parents, grandparents, students, faith groups, environmentalists, health activists – your presence will make a difference!

Also, fluoridation is sometimes on the agenda for Council meetings as well.  Find agenda’s for upcoming meetings here: http://www.peelregion.ca/council/agendas/
