A National Citizens’ Inquiry (NCI) into fake-covid was launched by a “former” well-known politician and recently conducted at Canada.
This inquiry was said to be “completely independent from government” and in fact “Independence” is listed as one of the NCI’s Guiding Principals. The idea is that independence from “government” would rule-out interference by “government” interests.
One of the men and women who has been acting as NCI Commissioner isBernard Massie. The University of Montreal lists Bernard as Group Leader of Genomic Vectors and Gene Therapy at the Biotechnology Research Institute, National Research Council of Canada. So a “gene therapy scientist” from the NRC is one of the 4 “independent” NCI Commissioners.
According to Bernard’s LinkedIn profile, he earned a PhD at University of Montreal, did a postdoctoral fellowship in the pseudoscience of virology at McGill, and only very very recently retired from the National Research Councilwhere he had worked since 1985.

What’s in a NAME?
The name of the fake-covid inquiry appears at least 4 different ways on the homepage of the NCI website: NATIONAL CITIZENS INQUIRY, National Citizens Inquiry, National Citizen’s Inquiry and finally National Citizens’ Inquiry. A tad confusing. (And then there’s the Citizens Inquiry Canada (CIC), “the non-profit corporation that provides the legal framework for the National Citizens’ Inquiry initiative”. )
Well I sign my name in different ways on different occasions, wanting to make it clear that I’m not identifying as a legal fiction/creation.
So maybe the many spellings for “NCI” are not intentional obfuscation on the part of Chesley Furneaux Crosbie – the Newfoundland BAR member who sits on the Citizens Inquiry Canada Board of Directors and was leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Newfoundland and Labrador and Leader of the Opposition in the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly until 2021, and just happens to be a “King’s Counsel” as well, according to the NCI website.
Btw, according to his obituary Chesley’s father, John C. Crosbie, was also a BAR member and acted in municipal politics, then as provincial Minister of Finance, President of Treasury Board, Minister of Economic Development, Minister of Fisheries, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, Minister of Mines and Energy, and Government House Leader in Newfoundland.
At the federal level John C. Crosbie acted as Minister of Finance, Fisheries Minister, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, Minister of Transport, Minister for International Trade, and was “responsible for the Canada-U.S. Free Trade Agreement and the North American Free Trade Agreement”.
Then from “2008 to 2013, he represented Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II as the 12th Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador… Among his honours were Chancellor of the Order of Newfoundland and Labrador; Honorary Chief of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary; Honorary Colonel of the Royal Newfoundland Regiment; Officer of the Order of Canada; Queen’s Counsel; Member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada; and Knight of Justice of the Order of St. John. He also held many honorary Doctor of Laws degrees.”
Phew, thank goodness the NCI puts such emphasis on being completely independent from (the people who call themselves) “government”!
A Virologist and a Confession
Anyways, since I’m not “national” or a “citizen”, don’t trust politicians, and don’t see why people should have to fill out an application in order to share their knowledge for the benefit of mankind, I did not participate in or follow the inquiry.
However one day a month or so ago some comments on Facebook caught my attention and inspired me to check out a particular NCI session. The comments involved David Speicher, a molecular virologist here at Canada who was fired from his job – for taking his son to a “covid”-tyranny protest (!!).
When I saw this FB exchange, I had already had the opportunity to speak briefly with David back in April via a zoom call with a colleague. I heard about some of his personal and professional experiences during the fake-pandemic, and I shared with him the Settling the Virus Debate statement and my notarized declaration about the “SARS-COV-2” FOIs (an earlier, longer version), and we had planned to talk again.
Curious to find out what David would now say about “the virus”, I checked out his presentation. Here is the video: Ottawa Day 2, Part 2.
The session began with a Dr. Laura Braden citing PCR/genomics mogul Kevin McKernan – who bragged on twitter a couple of years ago about having 49 PCR patents and having sold 2 genomics companies for $120 million each, and argues that viruses do exist because, well… sequences! Sequences exist! And well… surely someone else has figured out the virus part.
David Speicher’s presentation begins @50:00, with an overview of his background which includes a PhD in “viral diagnostics and characterization” and acting as director at 2 fake-covid testing labs. David also disclosed that he is a co-applicant on a $500,000 “pandemic”-related grant awarded in 2023.
In his 2nd slide, shown further below, David noted that he had “worked at McMaster University with the team that first “isolated” the virus, saw culture data, but was sidelined” before he could analyze the “sequencing” data. (He told me about this during our zoom call as well.)
[Background: A bogus/fraudulent/delusional “SARS-COV-2 isolation” publication by Banerjee et al. involving researchers from McMaster, University of Toronto, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto) resulted from the “covid” project the David had been sidelined from. This is one of the 4 early “SARS-COV-2” papers that Andy Kaufman exposed in his iconic 2020 presentation explaining the absurd “isolation” procedures used by virologists.
Even David, who believes in “viruses”, has worked as a PhD virologist and was involved in that project has issues around that study.]
At the 57:20 mark of his presentation, the NCI host tried to direct David to his slide on PCR “testing”, but first David wanted to speak about FOI response 2020-GR-010 that I had obtainedfrom the folks at McMaster University.
This is McMaster’s official “no-records” response to my request for all records at McMaster, written by anyone, anywhere, that describe isolation (in the everyday sense meaning purification, not virology’s fake-isolation) of “SARS-COV-2” from a sick person (so that “it” could be sequenced, characterized and studied with valid controlled experiments aka “science”).

David verbally stated:
“a FOIA has shown that a McMaster has found no responsive record about isolation of this virus apart from that paper? So it brings into question, either there is scientific misinformation going on or something isn’t right in the FOIA”
Correcting the Record
Nice! David put the official FOI response from McMaster “on the record” so to speak.
Perhaps unwittingly though, David misrepresented the actual response when stating that “McMaster has found no responsive record about isolation of this virus apart from that paper”.
The publication he referred to as “that paper” was not responsive to my FOI request and the official response dated August 13, 2020 by the woman Andrea Thyret-Kidd acting as University Secretary and Designated Head of Institution did not claim or even imply that it was responsive. Instead, Andrea flat-out confessed:
“A search has been conducted, and we have found no responsive records to your request.”
Pretty straight forward – no records, by anyone, anywhere, ever. Because they don’t exist.
Andrea should have stopped there, but instead she added a false and misleading statement/red herring, claiming that:
“At this time, the research related to this request is in progress, and so no records have been produced at McMaster University.”
This was/is false and misleading because:
- She implied that the request was only for records produced at McMaster, while I had explicitly stated that the request was not limited to records produced at McMaster. Thus, if “the university” had held any record produced by anyone, anywhere it would have be responsive to the request and Andrea would not have confessed to having no records.
- As the “scientific” literature and the world-wide collection of FOI responses from 217 institutions in 40 countries has shown, no one on Earth has ever carried out said isolation/purification, to this day. Because virology isn’t a science.
Andrea went on to cite the bogus monkey cell pseudoscience study that David Speicher was involved in:

Again, Andy Kaufman had already discussed/debunked that study here, in a presentation that inspired this FOI project. I later wrote a bit about the study here, along with the “no records” FOI confessions from the 3 other institutions whose researchers are complicit in that study.
Also, here is an FOI response from University of Toronto re the inadequate controls used in that study, plus an email exchange that a colleague had with Andrew G. McArthur, one of the co-authors on the study (type “Toronto” into the search function of your browser to find these items on the web page).
In summary, “the university” was asked for all the evidence they had that someone, anyone, had actually found and purified alleged “SARS-COV-2” particles from the bodily fluid, tissue or excrement of any sick man/woman/child, anywhere on Earth so that they could be studied according to the scientific method to see if they actually fit the definition of a “virus”. The were unable to provide any, because none exists.
And their confession was presented at the “independent citizens inquiry”, by a man with a PhD in virology.
