Zero studies provided/cited as of December 12, 2023

A few months ago Dr Mark Bailey emailed to ask if I had any FOI responses about the alleged “yellow fever virus”. I’d never heard of it but he explained that according to “virus” lore, “it” was the 1st “virus” ever “isolated”.
His email prompted me to file a freedom of information request to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry for all studies/reports held by these agencies that scientifically demonstrate the existence of this alleged “virus”.
In the request I also stated that if they have no such studies, I then seek held studies/reports that at least describe purification of particles alleged to be said “virus”, directly from bodily fluid/tissue/excrement with purification confirmed via EM imaging (aka the valid independent variable necessary for scientific investigation of a possible “virus”).
As always, I emphasized that I seek allsuch records held by these agencies regardless of whether they were authored by someone working there or by someone working some other place on the planet, and that if such records are held and are already publicly available, I require citations.

November 2, 2023:

That same day the request was acknowledged by Roger Andoh, acting as FOIA Officer in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, and placed in the “simple processing queue”.
November 28, 2023:
Roger advised that 13 pages of (allegedly) responsive records had been located and were being released, but also that “subject matter experts” recommend that I search the literature or consult a librarian as well (lol).
The last 10 pages (pages 4-13) of the allegedly responsive records provided by Roger consist of a small-sample, unscientific study describing military research by Walter Reed et al. published in 1901. (A searchable copy of the study is here.)
Reed et al. had not made any reference whatsoever to a “virus”.
Rather, the authors pretended to have scientifically demonstrated that “yellow fever” is transmissible, that bites by mosquitoes that had previously bitten patients with “yellow fever” were responsible for “transmitting” headaches and other symptoms, and they assumed that a parasitic infection of some sort was involved.

This unscientific military study had been published as a “landmark article” by folks at the American Medical Association in their journal JAMA.
While preparing this article I noticed a little note at the bottom of all 10 pages of the this study… indicating that it has been downloaded by the CDC from jamanetwork.com on November 21, 2023 – 19 days after I filed my request.
Knowing that the “experts” at CDC had to go searching online for scientific evidence of “yellow fever virus” fills me with so much confidence in everything they say and do, on every topic – especially “infectious diseases”.
And I’m 100% certain they did not consult Chat GPT or some other “AI”, as a famous Canadian activist had to recently when debating viroLIEgy.com author Mike Stone on twitter.
Show Us The Chapter, Show Us “The Virus”
Now for the 1st 3 pages of the allegedly responsive records provided by Roger. These were scanned copies of 1) the title page of a 1951 book called Yellow Fever, 2) the book’s title page for chapter 2 – “THE VIRUS” written by Max Theiler, a staff member of the infamous Rockefeller Foundation who won a Nobel Prize in that same year for a “yellow fever” quackcine, and 3) the book’s table of contents for pages 46-133.
These title pages and table of contents are not responsive to my request because they do not contain the information described in my request. And as Roger had already cited the corresponding book pages in his response letter, there was no need to include copies of the pages and pass them off as “responsive records” when they are not.
As for the actual chapter, in his response letter (shown in a screenshot above and page 7 here) Roger did not explicitlystate that the CDC holds a copy of this book or even the chapter, or that he is withholding the chapter because it’s already publicly available and therefore is only providing a citation. Rather, Roger stated: “We located 13 pages of responsive records… no information was withheld from release.”
Contradictorily, he also wrote “here are the references for the responsive records” and cited the book chapter.
Therefore, on December 1, 2023 when I wrote to Roger and FOI analyst Sarah Haldeman about Reed et al.’s unscientific, unresponsive military study (as shown in a screenshot above and page 24-25 here) and asked them to provide me with a corrected response letter, I also asked them to provide a copy of the book chapter (and a copy of a “preliminary note” mentioned in the military study), if held by the CDC.
There’s no harm in asking.
December 4, 2023:
Sarah Haldeman referred me to my “appeal rights” instead of addressing any of the many issues I’d raised about the un-responsive records she and Roger had provided.
By the way, I checked the catalogue of “my” local public library and this 1951 Yellow Fever book is not listed. (Shocking, I know.)
If anyone has a copy and could share the contents of chapter 2, please do. (It is listed in the catalogue of the University of Toronto library.)
Regardless of whether or not the CDC actually has a copy of this book or chapter 2, Roger’s reference to it is interesting because a book would not necessarily contain the level of detail needed to evaluate whether or not research described in it matches the description in my FOIA request. Also, one would expect such a book to reference detailed scientific studies and that the CDC would have those studies on hand.
But apparently the CDC doesn’t have any scientific studies that demonstrate the existence of “yellow fever virus”… or even any studies that describe purification of particles claimed to be “yellow fever virus” directly from bodily fluid/tissue/excrement with purification confirmed via EM imaging… otherwise they would have provided/cited them.
